Ivo Kunzle is an Associate Broker with TAL Realty, where he has been involved at all levels of the company since 2022. His background spans acquisitions, project management, and residential sales, giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of real estate transactions.

In acquisitions, Ivo works directly with property owners to identify opportunities and help sellers achieve the best possible outcome, including situations involving distressed assets and foreclosures. He is experienced in structuring solutions that align with each seller’s circumstances while keeping transactions efficient and transparent.

As a Project Manager, Ivo oversees remodeling projects for TAL Realty’s portfolio, coordinating crews, materials, and timelines to ensure properties are renovated efficiently and to a high standard.

Since January 2025, Ivo has served as an Associate Broker with TAL Realty, managing the listing and sale of properties acquired and renovated by the company throughout the Albuquerque metro area. He also represents clients in traditional residential real estate transactions, bringing a strong investment mindset and hands-on experience to every deal.
